On June 10, 2022, insurance defense attorney Langdon Ryan Worley presents to attorneys from Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana as a featured panelist on “How to Avoid the Virtual Flop – Making the Most of Virtual Litigation.” The panel is part of the 2022 Regional Women in the Law Summit in Cincinnati. This collaborative summit, sponsored by Kentucky Defense Counsel, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, brings women attorneys from across three states to support, educate and advance women in civil defense litigation, and discuss ways to assist lawyers in their practices.

Langdon’s experience in civil litigation has taken her to more than 60 Kentucky counties where she has defended a wide variety of cases, ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters to commercial trucking, products liability, fire loss, subrogation, and blasting cases. She has tried cases, taken extensive discovery and evidentiary depositions, and handled numerous mediations, reaching favorable and fair resolutions on behalf of her clients.

Her practice has taken her to the appellate level where she has filed successful briefs before both the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Kentucky. Most importantly, Langdon’s litigation experience has taken her to courtrooms across the Commonwealth where she has successfully handled dispositive issues, discovery matters, summary judgment, evidentiary disputes, and trials before our Kentucky judges, attorneys, and jurors.
