Defense Verdict for Sturgill Turner Medical Malpractice Team!
In March 2022, Sturgill Turner’s Medical Malpractice Defense Team defended a medical negligence lawsuit against a pulmonologist alleging failure to diagnose lung cancer. The plaintiff’s estate sought $800,000 in damages for pain and suffering and funeral expenses.
