Josh Owen’s practice focuses on insurance defense issues, as both counsel and a litigation defense attorney. Josh has more than 18 years of experience successfully representing corporations, businesses, and insurance providers in defense claims.

His areas of specialty include insurance defense and premises liability litigation, workers' compensation defense, real estate law, probate, corporate law, civil defense litigation, personal injury defense litigation, and medical negligence claims. He has been successful obtaining resolution in multiple courts throughout eastern Kentucky.

A native of Madisonville, Ky., Josh enjoys serving his community as an active member of the Rotary Club of Pikeville, where he has been honored with the International Service Award and the Distinguished Service Citation.
