Kevin Henry planned and moderated a panel discussion CLE by the Appellate Advocacy Section of the Kentucky Bar Association at its Annual Convention on June 12, 2019.  The session, “Landmark Decisions and How They Happened,” recognized the lawyers and Justices responsible for Hilen v. Hays (adopting comparative fault) and Yanero v. Davis (redefining official qualified immunity) and discussed aspects of each case not reflected in the published opinions.
