In July of 2017, Bill Johnson and Scott Miller represented Lt. Jason Palmer with the Kentucky State Police in a jury trial in Fayette County Circuit Court. The jury awarded the plaintiff $256,000 for a claim of malicious prosecution. Today, the Kentucky Court of Appeals reversed the trial verdict and remanded the case back to the Circuit Court to enter judgment in favor of our client, Lt. Jason Palmer. Congratulations Bill and Scott!
