Defense Verdict for Sturgill Turner Medical Malpractice Team

Sturgill Turner’s Medical Malpractice Defense Team defended a medical negligence lawsuit against an orthopedic surgeon alleging failure to diagnose sepsis after a tibia fracture. The plaintiff’s estate sought $6 million in damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of earning capacity, and loss of consortium.
